I had a delightful stay at Jozankei Onsen Yurakusoan, where the stunning views from my Hollywood Twin Room with Hot Spring Bath enhanced the tranquil atmosphere. The private onsens were a joy to use, and the food was deliciously prepared for every meal.

Finding the resort was a hassle due to unclear signage!!! Only one key per room made it tough to coordinate onsen access for family members!!! Would appreciate more flexibility with key distribution.

The private onsen in the room provided an incredible experience, but I struggled with the late dinner start time.

Dinner times were way too late, that ruined my entire evening. I mean, I woudl ve expected a complimentary beverage at least for my troubles, but no. Truly disappointing, I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The beautiful ryokan features both public and private onsens with stunning winter views. The room was elegantly decorated and came with a hot spring bath, making the experience tranquil. The staff were warm and welcoming.

I absolutely loved the beautiful hot spring bath in my room and the late-night ramen that hit the spot after a long day. The massage services really helped me unwind, and the sauna was a nice touch for some extra relaxation. Just a heads up, some facilities closed a bit early for us, but it didn’t really take away from the overall experience. 😊
